These products will be part of the company portfolio that will be then presented and introduced in the International Distribution Channels considering the specific area features, the market segments and the strategic targets. The commercial and marketing innovative tools of the Department team and the international sales network of Sales Export Managers allow us to find new prospects and identify the best channel for the product range sale in the target markets, facilitating the business horizons expansion.

ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENT

Engineering and Manufacturing Department act as connection between the need of European manufacturing companies to transfer part of their production activities for products with low innovation level and high price-competition degree, establishing new partnerships with sub-suppliers and industries located in markets where the final cost is very profitable. Thanks to a careful pre-selection, a proven collaboration over time and the confidence gained and maintained daily through a constant on-site presence of international personnel, we specialize in the supply of forgings, castings, thermo-plastic molds, finished and semi-finished products, and rapid prototyping in different product/industry sectors. We also support Asian industry in individuating and procuring high-quality European materials and goods, taking care of all the process, organizing on site visits and ensuring the client’s satisfaction.

INSPECTION, EXPEDITING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATION

The Inspective Department supports our clients coordinating inspection activities, performing pre-production meetings, attending witness points agreed between Clients and Suppliers of various types of goods such as Pumps, Rotating Equipment, Pipes, Valves, Filters, Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Motors, and process like Forging, Casting, Welding, Machining, Destructive and Non-Destructive Tests, Functional and Pressure tests, Coating and Packing. Internationally qualified profiles are mobilized on call, resident at vendor premises, or located at project construction yards. EDSN counts on a global network of qualified personnel. Reports on finding will follow within 48 hours. Dedicated professionals follow the whole project from headquarters and visiting vendors and sub-vendors, monitoring all phases of supplier’s qualification, engineering, procurement, fabrication and delivery, with regular follow-up, and detailed reports on the work progress. Experienced staff support our clients managing the entire Quality Assurance process, attending meetings and conference calls, revising Production Quality Plans, keeping track of Non-Conformities, and coordinating the attendance of all witness points required by the process.
